William J. Thrush

After clerking with the firm for one year, Mr. Thrush joined the firm as an associate attorney in May of 2009. Prior to his law career, Mr. Thrush worked as a civil engineer on commercial and residential land development projects in Ohio, Oregon and Washington. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Oregon and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. His engineering experience includes both public and private sector projects, and it provides him with extensive knowledge of the land use and entitlement process, project design and construction administration.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Thrush has focused his efforts in assisting individuals and companies in civil litigation, specifically design professionals in the context of the construction industry. He also has experience in contract drafting, product liability law, estate planning, and business law matters for the firm's architecture and engineering clients.
